Responsibilities
Tasks

Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, fl oors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Work with minimal supervision

Office Coordinator

Office coordinator is responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed Carry out administrative activities Experience of 2 to 3 years with a minimum of 1 to 2 year college diploma $28.39 per hour for a 40 hour week
