Queensway Rehab (1898007 Ontario Inc.) has opening for Chiropractic Aide (Noc Code 33109) at our location 1235 Queensway E suite 14 Mississauga, Ontario L4Y 0G4.  If you have what it takes to be successful in this career, then this is right position for you.

As a Chiropractic Aide, you will perform all or some of the following duties:

• Develop information materials for patients
• Follow through on treatment programs with patients
• Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
• Assist chiropractor with patient health education
• Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation
• Connect treatment machines to patients, as directed by chiropractor
• Assist chiropractor with physical examinations
• Document patient rehabilitation progress
• Perform general clerical duties
• Process files and paperwork
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments  

Work setting: Rehabilitation centre and special health institution

Education Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Personal Suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Team player

Work Conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail

Terms of employment: Full Time / Permanent (30 to 35 hours / week)

Compensation: CAD $36.10 per hour

Number of Positions: 1

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Weekend
