Full Time
Task
– Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batter for muffins, cookies and cakes and icing and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders,
– Bake mixed doughs and batters
– Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods
– Ensure quality of products meets established standards and customer satisfaction
– Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure clean and safe
– Operate machinery
– Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
– Organize and maintain inventory
– Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies and intolerances
– Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
– Meet output requirements by being organized and having supplies ready for baking
– Shall oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Work Conditions and Physical capabilities:
– High volume Bakery having physical demand to meet output of product and customer needs. Must be able to move quickly, stand for long periods of time, bend, crouch, kneel and continuously walk. Position provides for sitting, standing and walking throughout the shift.
Education
– Minimum of High School Education
Experience
– Minimum of 3 years on the job training specializing in Breads, Pastries, Rolls, and Sweet Goods

$17.00 per Hour, Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as a commercial or residential eavestrough installer. Must be able to travel to different job sites. Work in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong work ethics. Full-time 40 hours per week wage: 29.50 per hour Employment conditions – work outside (early morning and days)
