Job Description:
Twin Rivers Market is currently seeking an Administrative Officer to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The role would involve creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Wages: $28 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
•Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
•Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
•Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
•Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
•Carries out any other related task, as requested
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
•Secondary (High) School certification is required.
•A university degree or diploma in business or related field would be preferred.
•Experience in office administration or related field would be an asset
